Occupational Therapy Services

I am available in an Occupational Therapy (OT) capacity for case work and assessments. I am able to complete the full range of Model of Human Occupation assessments and collaboratively create goals and treatment plans that develop skills that the assessments indicate require development. 

I am qualified to complete the Assessment of Motor and process Skills (AMPS) and the Autism Diagnostic Observation Scale (ADOS).

I am registered with and abide by the code of conduct of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
